PETROL STEEL CO., LTD has established a quality system in strict accordance with the ISO9001 standard, and obtained a certificate through the audit of the certification center. Each department of the company strictly implements the requirements and requirements of quality documents and technical documents such as "Quality Manual" and "Procedure Documents", earnestly fulfills quality responsibilities, and effectively carries out various productions.
I. Contract Conversion:
According to the reviewed contract, the Production Task List is prepared. The technical department compiles the drawings to clarify the technical requirements of the forging product according to the contract requirements, formulates the blanking process, rolling / forging process, and heat treatment process according to the material and performance requirements, and executes according to the requirements.
Ⅱ. Raw Materials Control and Verification:
After the raw materials arrive at our factory, the raw materials are re-inspected, and the size, surface quality, and identification (mainly referring to the material and furnace number) are inspected. After passing the inspection, they are sent to the relevant departments for comprehensive inspection of the materials and a related report is issued.
Ⅲ. The Production Process Control:
The inspectors inspect each step of the process, and the products that pass the inspection are reordered with the "Mobile Card" signed by the inspector, and the unqualified products are executed according to the company procedure document "Control Procedures for Non-Conforming Products".1. Cutting and cutting: Saw cutting according to the "Unloading Task List" strictly, and make inspection records, and batch cutting can be performed after passing.
2. Heating: Products of different materials and different furnace numbers cannot be heated in the same furnace.
3. Rolling or Forging: The operator performs forging according to the drawing. During the Rolling or forging process, an infrared thermometer is used to control the rolling or forging temperature of the forging.
4. Heat treatment: The thermocouples and temperature instruments are checked periodically. Strictly follow the process parameters and cooling methods such as the heating rate, heat preservation temperature, heat preservation time, etc. specified in the heat treatment process.
5. Machining: Processing according to the drawings, and mass production after the first inspection. During the process, the inspector conducts inspections and checks the processed products.
6. Inspection before packaging: The full-time inspector strictly inspects the machined product size, surface quality and logo according to the drawings, and then re-tests the product to prevent confusion.
7. Packaging process:
⑴ Typing: Type according to the typing notice in the "Production Task List". After the first self-inspection, the full-time packaging inspector performs the first inspection, and then performs batch typing after passing the inspection. The handwriting is checked for clarity during the process to ensure clear and neat typing .
⑵Anti-rust treatment: Anti-rust treatment (oil coating, spray painting, etc.) is performed according to customer requirements, the operator performs self-inspection as required, and the full-time packaging inspector performs first-item inspection, inspection, and process on the anti-rust treatment and surface quality as required. Inspection, qualified into the packing process, othERWise rework processing.
Ⅳ. Non-Conforming Products Control:
For the non-conforming products, the inspector identifies and isolates them, fills in the "non-conformity processing form" and sends it to authorized personnel for processing, and strictly implements the "non-conforming product control procedures" to ensure that non-conforming products are identified and controlled to prevent their unexpected Use or deliver.
